Workshop Evaluations

When you attend workshop sessions at C3TC2016, at the end of each session you will have the option to complete a short, online evaluation that will provide us with critical feedback for future conferences.  Click on the button below marked "Workshop Evaluation Form" to complete the evaluation.  While it may be completed on a smart phone, it is certainly easier to complete on a laptop or slate.

Upon completion of the evaluation, show your screen to a conference volunteer and you will receive one raffle ticket with a ticket receipt.  You should keep the ticket marked "Receipt" and deposit the ticket marked "Ticket" in the bin for the prize you want most.  You may write your name on the back of the ticket, but it is not necessary as long as you retain the receipt which contains the numbers of the winning ticket that will be called out in the raffle.  Winners must be present!

A special thanks to C3TC2016 partners Loyola Marymount University and Sprint!
