Frank Gomez is a career educator who has served in various capacities and levels in education. He is currently the vice principal and 5th grade teacher/Technology Integration Specialist at Maria Regina School, a TK-8 Catholic school in Gardena, CA. Most recently, in May 2016, Frank completed hisTechnology Integration Specialist professional certificate at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA, as a member of that program’s inaugural cohort. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in educational technology from Boise State University. Model how to engage K-8 students with free and fun interactive and innovative digital tools–like Socrative, Google Apps, Kahoot, Newsela, Thinklink, Quizlet, Audioboom, Blendspace, etc.–that promote deeper learning and better subject understanding.
