Laura Arceneaux

Laura Arceneaux has been in education for over twenty years, and has taught in the ADLA for nearly fifteen years. She has taught students in grades K-12, and uses technology as an integral part of her classroom to differentiate instruction for students at all ability levels. Laura currently works as the STEM Coordinator and Technology Coordinator at Our Lady of Grace in Encino.


Intro to Microsoft Word

Participants will be walked through, step-by-step, the basic features of Microsoft Word–creating, modifying and printing documents; basic formatting; basic editing; and organizing electronic folders for easy retrieval. They will leave with a better understanding of the basic features of Microsoft Word.

Audience:  Everyone!

Participants will be walked through, step-by-step, the basic features of Microsoft Excel–navigating the interface; customizing toolbars; creating and entering data in a worksheet; formatting a worksheet. They will leave with a better understanding of the basic features of Microsoft Excel.


Intro to Microsoft PowerPoint

Skill Level: Beginner/Intermediate

Audience:  Everyone!

Participants will be walked through, step-by-step, the basic features of Microsoft PowerPoint–creating slideshows; organizing and formatting slides; presentation tips. They will leave with a better understanding of the basic features of Microsoft PowerPoint.
